Rhonda Schoolfield - Broker-In-Charge, ABR, Commercial Realtor®, RRS
Rhonda founded Representing Buyers Only Inc. (formerly Precision Development Inc), parent company of WilmingtonForSale.com, in 1991. Seeing the need for equal representation for Buyers in coastal NC compelled her to create WilmingtonForSale.com, the area's first Exclusive Buyer Agency. Rhonda is very proud that every agent in the company is an Exclusive Buyer Broker. She is also proud of the undivided loyalty given to each and every Buyer/Client.
A degree in Historic Preservation, coupled with a love for Downtown Wilmington, led her to purchase the Woodbury Hoggard House, headquarters of WilmingtonForSale.com. Restoration of this historic home earned Rhonda and her husband Jim the WHF Preservation Award in 2004.
Rhonda has helped many Clients invest in real estate to achieve their financial goals. She also "walks the walk", with a diverse real estate portfolio that includes historic property, acreage, and vacation rentals. In addition to waking up in Paradise every day, Rhonda's passions are art and animal rescue.

Tricia Delp - Exclusive Buyer Broker, Realtor®, E-Pro
Tricia has lived in 9 different states and after doing extensive research decided Wilmington was the perfect place to call home. She holds a Masters Degree and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy but after successfully buying and selling a few properties decided to turn her passion for real estate into a career. She held her Real Estate license in The Hamptons area of New York before relocating to Wilmington. Tricia has helped clients with primary residence and second home purchase as well as 1031 exchanges, investment purchases and 401K real estate acquisitions.
Tricia is a marathon runner and also enjoys yoga, cooking, traveling and taking advantage of all the historic district and the beaches have to offer. She believes in long term investing in real estate and owns several investment properties. Tricia divides her time between her home in the historic district and her newest acquisition on the water in Carolina Beach.
